Flame retardant thermoplastic resin consists of (A) graft copolymer 50 - 90 wt.% (obtd. from the rxn. of at least one monomer selected from a group of aromatic monoalkenyl monomer, vinyl cyano monomer and alkylester monomer of metacrylic acid with dien-type rubber or alkylacrylate rubber), (B) copolymer 10 - 70 wt.%(obtd. by polymn. of at least one monomer selected from the said monomer group). (C) org. flame retarding agent contg. at least one halogen element 5 - 30 wt.%, (D) Sb2O3 1 - 20 wt.%, and (E) thermoplastic phenoxy resin 0.01 - 5 wt.%. The thermoplastic phenoxy resin has a formula of (I), where n is an integer of 82 123 and R1 is H, OH, or phenoxy gp.
