CONSTITUTION:A counter constituted in a CPU11 in order to show an order of each monitor point is set, read of a data Di of an order shown thereby is executed, and thereafter, a difference DELTAi between the previous data Di-1 and the present data Di is derived, a monitor range width Ri in a RAM13 is read out and if DELTAi is deviated from Ri, the data Di is transmitted, and also an Ri change processing is executed, and Ri is updated to Ri+1 which has been changed.
