Synthetic-resin flanged tube having at least one end flange and an annular groove which is arranged in the end surface thereof and is intended for receiving a seal, in the case of which a plastic reinforcing body overlaps the end portion, in the vicinity of the flange, of the inner circumferential surface of the tube in an abutting manner. The reinforcing body extends to the end surface of the end flange and is accommodated, by its end region remote from the flange, in an annular recess of the inner circumferential surface of the tube and, by its other end region, in the annular groove of the end flange.
