PURPOSE:To prevent dispersion in vulcanization and deterioration of productivity due to accumulation of drain in a bladder, by providing a plurality of pleats which is capable of holding water drops by making the pleats disperse on the interior of the bladder. CONSTITUTION:As for the interior of a bladder 3, a plurality of pleats 7, 7 ...is formed unitarily with the bladder 3 extending over about the whole of the interior of the bladder 3. The pleat is so constituted that it is formed in a troughlike cross section whose free end part is provided with a side end part 7a turning upward and the inside of the concave part 7b opened on the same can accumulate a small quantity of water drops 5. As the larger internal volume becomes the more a quantity of drain to be generated increases, it is desirable generally to enlarge the number and a shape of the pleats 7. In addition to the above, as for a shape of the pleat 7, it is desirable to form the same in a baggy cross section to prevent vulcanization lag of a part, where the pleat 7 positions, of a tire. |
