PURPOSE:To copy respective recording contents of one master disk alternately and repeatedly by giving specific identification displays corresponding to the recording contents to cartridge surfaces of disks on which the recording contents are written. CONSTITUTION:The master disk to be copied is set on a disk drive device 2 and its recording contents are read out and written on the magnetic hard disk in a hard disk drive device 4. A disk 12 which is already written is sent to a slider 6 and an identification mark corresponding to the recording contents of the mask disk specified by a register RN is printed on the cartridge surface of the written disk 12'. Then, the written disk 12' is stored in a media stacker 7. Consequently, operation for copying respective recording contents of one master disk consisting of disks having different recording contents alternately and repeatedly and operation which copying mutually irrelevant recording contents separately and continuously each by a specific number of disks are carried out easily and speedily, so that copying operation regarding recording contents of plural master disks is performed efficiently and speedily.
