PURPOSE:To prevent the meandering of a transport frame by a simple device by installing a frame sliding means equipped with a guide on one of a pair of rails and a means which is engaged with the vicinity of the rail and shifts along the guide. CONSTITUTION:A frame 1 is shifted through the pulling of one side of the frame 1 by the top edge 30a of a hook 30, and the frame 1 is always deflected to one side, and one edge surface 1c of the frame 1 is shifted along the side wall 2b of a guide 2c as shown by the arrow B, and meandering of the frame 1 is suppressed. Therefore, it is enough to install a guide for which high precision is required onto only one side of a pair of rails, and simple and inexpensive apparatus can be obtained. For instances, if the frame is bonding-processed, the breakage of the metal wire bonding-treated can be prevented, and the yield can be improved markedly. |
