<p>PURPOSE:To prevent rust formation and improve the durability for the weather- strip reaction force by joining a door outer panel whose lower part is made of synthetic resin and a door inner panel made of steel plates on a weather-strip installation surface. CONSTITUTION:The lower half 1b of a door outer panel 1 is formed integrally up to the weather-strip installation surface 6 of a door inner panel 2, and a plurality of drainholes 5 are formed at the bottom part. The lower edge of the door inner panel 2 made of steel plates is formed up to the weather-strip installation surface 6 by a clip 8. The lower half 1b of the door outer panel 1 and the door inner panel 2 are fixed through adhesion on the weather-strip installation surface 6.</p> |
