PURPOSE:To stop the positioning accurately, by a method wherein the direction of the component force vector of a sample of a rotator having projections at an equal angle interval is roughly positioned with a mark sensor and moreover, the projections are made to abut on a stopper at a fixed position. CONSTITUTION:A sample W is driven to rotate with a motor 3 through a drive belt 6 and the unbalance vector determined by a balance test is decomposed into a plurality of component force vectors with a component computing circuit 7. Projections (a), (b) and (c) are arranged on the sample W at an equal angle interval and a angle reference mark attached one thereof is detected with a photocell 10 and the resulting signal and the signal of a component function generator 9 are combined to drive the motor 3 to make a rough positioning. Then, a cylinder 14 is driven to push a work base 1 and the sample W so as to insert the positions (a) and (b) into slots 21 and 22 of the work base 2 and then, the sample W is turned to make the projections abut against the end of the slots and after positioned exactly, it is worked for correction with a drill 13. |
