PRESSURE TRANSMISSION METHOD

PURPOSE:To transmit advantageously pressure without the danger of leakage and ejection in the case of using a pressure transmission medium to transmit the pressure by using a superplastic alloy as the pressure medium. CONSTITUTION:The superplastic alloy having >=0.3 strain rate sensitivity is used for the pressure transmission medium. The pressure transmission over a wide range from a low temp. of a room temp. or below to a high temp. is thus possible and this medium is suitable for working, etc. of material at and under a high temp. and high pressure as well. Since there is no possibility of leakage, unlike liquid and gas, the construction of the sealing part is made simpler.
