PURPOSE:To enable a formation of a stable flame at a primary flame hole without causing gas to be adhered to a tube by a method wherein two primary air holes of which distances from the nozzle is different to each other are formed at one side surface of the tube near the nozzle of the inner tube as well as the fixing component parts for use in fixing an inner pipe and the nozzle. CONSTITUTION:Gas is supplied from a gas supplying body 14, passed through a nozzle 4 and injected into a tube. The gas fed out of the nozzle 4 may absorb the air from the primary air hole 10 and at the same time absorbs the air from the primary air hole 11 with a slight time difference. At this time, the air absorbed due to the time difference becomes a circulating flow and uniformly mixed with the gas fed out of the nozzle while being circulated. In this way, the gas and the air become the desired premixed condition, the short stable premixing flame is formed at the primary flame hole, then the remained non-burned constituent may form the secondary flame at the secondary flame hole together with the auxiliary air holes arranged at the outer tube. When a primary flame sensor element is arranged between the primary flame hole and the secondary flame hole, the unit may be used as a burner for detecting a lack of oxygen.
