PURPOSE:To hold the sealing of a thermostatic oven and to uniform the distribution of temperature in the oven by forming a shutter, a movable stopper, etc. CONSTITUTION:When an air cylinder 7 is expanded and a shutter plate 5 is slided in the arrow B direction, a window 5a coincides with an outlet 3b. On the other hand, the movable stopper 8 for locking/unlocking an IC2 sliding between a shoot rail 1a and a guide cover 6a is formed. The stopper 8 is constituted so that the point 8c of a stopper pin 8b is projected/receded between the rail 1a and the cover 6a in the arrow A'-B' direction by a push 8a. A coil spring excites the pin 8b in the arrow A' direction. The plate 5 is coupled with the pin 8b through a coupling fitting 9. Consequently, the pin 8b is slided in the arrow B'-A' direction in accordance with the expansion/contraction of the cylinder 7. When the plate 5 is driven in the arrow A direction, the outlet 3b of the oven 3 is closed and the pin 8b is driven in the arrow A' direction to stop the sliding of the IC2.
