PURPOSE:To secure the priority of transmission by so forming the titled system that it monitors the bus for a determined time after transmitting a front frame, and if a start signal from other station exists, transmitting the succeeding frame in synchronization with said signal in case when transmitting plural frames by a bus type network. CONSTITUTION:If neither of the transmitting stations A and B detects collision up to the front frame, both data are in a timing difference of TE at the end of the transmission of the front frame due to the difference of clocks. If both stations continue to transmit, a collision of data occurs. Both stations, then, monitor the bus for a prescribed time (TA for station A and TB for station B) after transmitting the front frame respectively. If there is no start signal for the succeeding frame on the bus, the stations transmit the succeeding frame after said prescribed times. If a start signal is detected, the succeeding frame is transmitted synchronizing the data with the signal. In this way, the both stations A and B synchronize their starts, enabling detection of a collision, and thus the buckets of high priority are always passed.
