摘要 PURPOSE:To flatten surely various kinds of double layer cladding metal plate by performing straightening so as to make the both sides temp. of a metallic plate an arithmetic value with the set cooling conditions and straightening conditions with using the arithmetic value of the temp. difference on the both surfaces which can make the final deflection quantity in zero. CONSTITUTION:A hot straightening equipment 12 arranges a cooling header 14 between hot leveller 13 and the upper roll. A temp. difference arithmetic unit 15 operates the temp. difference on the surface and backface necessary for making the final deflection quantity in zero at the room temp. time with using various informations concerning the cladding metal plate being inputted into a line computor 16 and the temp. of the metal plate being measured by the inlet side thermometer 17. The straightening is performed after setting the conditions with transmitting this value to the control devices 19, 20 of the plate passing speed of a hot straightener 12 and cooling water quantity via the setting device 18 of water flow density and plate passing speed. The set conditions may be corrected with using the feedback function including the final camber arithmetic unit 25. the cladding metallic plate excellent in flatness can be thus obtd.
