PURPOSE:To distinguish an alarm setting area from other places extremely easily by modulating the luminance of the alarm setting area on a display screen. CONSTITUTION:Blue, green and red emitted signals obtained from outputted terminals 77-79 are controlled at their emitted luminance levels in accordance with respective voltages. Resistors R1-R7 are weighted respectively, and if L-level signals are supplied to all input terminals 70-72, the output V0 of a data converter 76 is turned to the L-level. A voltage is impressed upon the resistor R4 connected to the bases of output transistors (TRs) TR1, TR2. Consequently, blue and green signals are outputted from the terminals 77, 78 respectively. When an H-level signal is applied to the terminal 70b and L-level signals are applied to the terminals 71, 72 respectively, the output Y1 of the converter 76 is turned to the L-level and blue and green signals are outputted to the terminal 77, 78 respectively. Thus, the color signals having different luminance levels corresponding to respective signals supplied to the terminals 70-72 are outputted from the terminals 77-79 respectively, so that the alarm setting area can be distinguished.
