<p>TITLE An Additive for Coating Compositions Containing N-Propyl Amine Salt of Sulfonic Acid An additive for use in high solids coating compositions which is a blend of (1) colloidal silica, (2) a polymeric bridging agent, (3) an aromatic sulfonic acid, and (4) n-propyl amine; high solids coating compositions containing this additive have excellent shelf viscosity stability and finishes of such compositions and have excellent gloss and appearance and can be used as exterior finishes on automobiles and trucks.</p> |
