PURPOSE:To simultaneously connect a number of lead terminals and reduce man hour on work by forming connectable metallic layers on the surface of the lead terminals by means of heating pressurization and thermally crimping them. CONSTITUTION:Metallic layers 6 that can be thermally crimped are formed on internal lead terminals 3. Metallic layers 8 that can be thermally crimped are formed on the surface of external lead terminals on a glass element plate 2. In addition, all lead terminals are connected simultaneously by means of heating crimp. Subsequently, work is completed by cutting a tie bar section 7 that connect the lead terminals and making each lead independent.
