<p>PURPOSE:To reduce the lowering of cathodic protection effect even after the exposure of iron ground of a boiler body by a structure wherein the cathodic protection is done by jointly providing an insoluble anode and a sacrificial anode, onto the surface of which a heat- and corrosion-resistant film is provided. CONSTITUTION:The cathodic protection is applied on an iron boiler body 3, the inner surface of which is enameled, by jointly providing an insoluble anode 4 and a sacrificial anode 5, onto the surface of which a heat- and corrosion- resistant film is provided. Especially, platinum-plated titan wire is employed as the insoluble anode 4 and arranged at the lower position of the iron boiler body 3. Magnesium, the surface of which is covered with a heat- and corrosion- resistant film 6 such as metallic plating of tin, nickel or the like, resin coated over said metallic plating, anodized magnesium film or the like, is employed as the sacrificial anode 5 and arranged at the upper position of the iron boiler body 3.</p> |
