PURPOSE:To attain the handling of plural kinds of ICs and to execute stage replacement corresponding to the change of the kinds of ICs rapidly and easily by forming plural shoot rails and IC measuring sockets, etc. CONSTITUTION:When a slide base 8 is set on the shown position, many thin ICs 3d are successively carried by the shoot rail B and passed through the inside of a thermostatic oven 6. The ICs 3b are kept at a prescribed temperature condition and then delivered to a stocker carrier so as to be supplied to the IC measuring socket 7. The base 8 is shifted downwards by a distance L and the shoot rail A is directly opposed to the arrow E of the carrier. Then, many thick ICs 1a are successively carried, passed through the inside of the oven 6, and after being kept at a prescribed temperature condition, supplied to the socket 7. Then, the base 8 is shifted upwards by the distance L and the shoot rail C is directly opposed to a carrier E, so that thick ICs 1c are similarly supplied to the socket 7.
