PURPOSE:To broadcast automatically a broadcast message by providing a means for inputting a registration number even during automatic broadcast and inputting the broadcast message to input the registration number. CONSTITUTION:The emergency broadcast message is recorded on a tape recorder and stored in an emergency broadcast storage section 15 through an on-line voice input section 17. A central processing unit 3 uses a registration number input of a key input section 16 to communicate a signal representing registration and a registration number to the central processing unit 1. When the voice input is finished, the voice input section 17 transmits end reports to the processing unit 3. Thus, the processing unit 3 informs an address stored with the registration number to a voice output section 9 to broadcast the said broadcast message.
