PURPOSE:To efficiently perform the exclusive controlling of communication control equipment in the mutual communication between plural computers in on line connection by so forming the system that the control equipment stores the identification code of a communication subsystem that is busy and performs only the processing of a new request of which identification code coincides with the stored one. CONSTITUTION:As to communication subsystems 111-131 that make use of the communication control equipment 11-13, each individual identification code ID is allocated to each subsystem. One of the controllers 11-13 that is using any one of said codes is set in the control equipment 11-13 themselves. In order to make a request for communication, each subsystem transmits its own ID. One of the control equipment 11-13 responds for the request if the code coincides with the one stored that shows the busy, but rejects if not coinciding.
