PURPOSE:To improve the handling of a copying machine sharply by storing a using schedule, controlling the ON/OFF of the copying machine by a real time clock in accordance with a working setting time and a working schedule, and if a prescribed operation input other than the schedule is applied, turning ON/OFF a power supply of the copying machine. CONSTITUTION:The real time clock 4 setting up one time by an alarm and outputting date data and time data and a schedule memory 5 storing the OFF time of the copying machine and holiday information in a year are backed up by a battery 6. Therefore, the real time clock 4 and the schedule memory 5 are always driven and their stored data can be held independently of the supply of electric power to the control device. An alarm signal ALM outputted from the real time clock 4 at a set alarm time and a 1min clock CP1 outputted at every minute are applied to an input terminal P1 and an interruption input terminal INT respectively. An I/O circuit 7 connects/disconnects an AC power supply 10 to/from a copying machine driving system 11. |
