MIXING UNIT IN SPINNING MILL

PURPOSE:A plurality of reserve tanks connected to the raw cotton conveying duct with branches are equipped with a common mixing and conveying mechanism 15 at their bottoms, thus enabling the miniaturization of the total system with mixing efficiency increased. CONSTITUTION:The duct 5 for conveying cotton as a raw material are connected to a plurality of reserve tanks 6a-6d with branches and a common mixing and transferring mechanism 15 is fitted to the bottoms of individual reserve tanks. The mechanism 15 mixes the cotton sent out of the reserve tanks 6a-6d with air flow and simultaneously send out the mixed product. The send out operation is made possible to switch from sending to the next process to going back through blower 16 and the duct 18 to the tops of individual reserve tanks 6a-6d.
