PURPOSE:To secure the degree of freedom in a design as well as to aim at low-unit cost of production, by forming a projection part, heading for the side of an inner support member, in an outer support member, while interposing a part of insulator rubber between this projection part and the inner support member. CONSTITUTION:Both ends of an outer tube are bent to the side of an inner tube 2, forming an inward flange 4, and in addition, the tip end is turned down in horizontality, forming a turnover edge 5. The inner tube 2 is embedded in insulator rubber 3, and stopper rubber 6 or a part of this insulator rubber 3 is interposed between the turnover edge 5 and the inner tube 2. With this constitution, restriction on a molding process comes to nothing, and since both values of a clearance and nonlinear characteristic are optionally settable, the degree of freedom in a design is securable. As it is manufactured by metalforming, low-unit cost of production is well promoted. |
