PURPOSE:To make it possible to adjust the time of a pressure drop at an arbitrary position and to visually confirm an operating point, by providing a flow regulating valve and pressure gauges in a control hydraulic system in a turbine. CONSTITUTION:A turbine EHC control hydraulic unit is provided therein with a main system composed of an oil tank 1 and a high pressure hydraulic pump 4 driven by a motor 3, etc. and auxiliary hydraulic systems 24-29 which are operated when the hydraulic pressure in the main system fails. Further, there are provided an automatic start test valve 11 and a trip test valve 18 in order to test the automatic start and trip of the hydraulic pump. The automatic start test valve 11 and the trip test valve 18 are provided with flow regulating valves 30, 32, respectively. With this arrangement, the time of a pressure drop upon testing may be adjusted, and the operating point may be visually confirmed at a job site with the use of pressure gauges 31, 19.
