SPRAYING METHOD OF AIRLESS SPRAY

PURPOSE:To decrease the amt. of the liquid to be coated as a whole by spraying intermittently the liquid in an airless state from an airless spray nozzle of a high flow rate in the case in which a thin coated film is desired to be obtd. or in which the adequate coated film is desired to be obtd. at a low line speed. CONSTITUTION:The pulse signal of electricity or compressed air by the preliminarily incorporated program from a control apparatus 19 and computer pulse signal transmitter, etc. which are separate equipment is applied to the airless spray gun 2 or applied via an air control apparatus B to said gun and the liquid or melt is intermittently sprayed in the airless state from the airless spray nozzle 1 on the gun 2 onto a single or plural materials O to be painted during the traveling of a line. The amt. of the paint to be coated is thereby decreased as a whole and the operation for coating the thin coated film or the adequate coated film is satisfactorily executed. The consumption of the liquid is economized as well.
