PURPOSE:The titled wire that is made of high steel or alloy steel and is produced by tempering its whole teeth except gullets, thus causing no cracks from the gullets and showing high abrasion resistance with reduced breakage. CONSTITUTION:A tooth 2 of a metallic wire 1 is heated by irradiating it with a laser beam at almost the center and quenched to form the tempered part 2a except a gullet 3 whereby the objective wire 1 is obtained.
