PURPOSE:To enable a device to operate more positively so as to augment the safety of crew by arranging a weaving retraction mechanism so as to permit an elongation due to a weaving to be automatically retracted when a retractor is locked accompanied with a rapid deceleration of a vehicle. CONSTITUTION:When a body is subjected to an excessive deceleration as in the case of a vehicle collision, an emergency lock type retractor R is allowed to be in a locked condition as usual permitting a pull-out by a weaving to be locked. Simultaneously, a weight 19 of a G sensor S moves along a guide pin 18 permitting a leaf spring 20 to be bent as shown by a dot-dash line. At the same moment, a restraint of a two step stopper 22 are released allowing its No.1 and No.2 stoppers 221 and 222 to be deformed in bending. This allows a stopper arm 9 to be disengaged. Subsequently, both the stopper arm 9 and a guide arm 8 are permitted to rotate clockwise by an elastic force of a spiral spring allowing the weaving 6 to be retracted to the reactor (R) side while it is held between the guide arm 8 and a connecting shaft 11b of a lock arm 11.
