PURPOSE:To enable a high pressure to be controlled, by rotatably supporting a lever, placed in a direction crossing almost at a right angle with the axial line of a valve body, and transmitting attractive force of an electromagnetic proportional solenoid to the valve body through the lever. CONSTITUTION:A lever 35, extended in a direction crossing almost at a right angle with the axial line of a valve body 16, is turnably supported by a supporting point 32. A pressure control valve forms a distance between the supporting point 32 and the axial line of the valve body 16 smaller than the distance between the supporting point 32 and a bush pin 36 of an electromagnetic proportional solenoid 12. The lever 35, being turned in the clockwise direction by pressing force of the bush pin 36 generated by attracting force of the electromagnetic proportional solenoid 12, presses a poppet part 16a of the valve body 16 to a valve seat 21 by force in accordance with the attracting force of the electromagnetic proportional solenoid 12. The lever 35, which can magnify the attracting force of the electromagnetic proportional solenoid by the principles of the lever, enables a high pressure of fluid to be controlled.
