PURPOSE:To improve the engine performances in high load by installing a pin of a pump-side member outside in the radial direction of a pin installed in projection onto an engine-side member and fitting the pin of a flyweight onto a gear onto which a pump-side disc is fitted. CONSTITUTION:A pin 2 on a pump-side member is installed outside in the radial direction of a pin 1 installed in projection onto an engine-side member. Said pins 1 and 2 are inserted in turnable ways at the positions eccentric from the center of revolutions of the gears 10 and 20 meshed with each other. The pin 7 of a flyweight 6 is fitted in turnable ways with the gear 20 onto which a pump-side disc 21 is fitted. Therefore, the engine performance in high load can be improved by accelerating the injection timing when the injection quantity is large.
