PURPOSE:To make possible the utilization in common at plural terminals of image files storing and providing image informations by installing the image file at a communication control device collecting plural terminals and enabling the file to be accessed from terminals. CONSTITUTION:The communication control device 6 controls plural terminals 1, 1' and the image 7 for extension line. An exchange 3 sets a network between the terminals 1, 1 and the terminal 10 of an external line 10 so that the file 7 can be accessed from the terminals 1, 1' and the terminals 10 through the communication control device 6. The contents of the file 7 can be written depending on the status of the respective terminals or the communication system. When the video terminal 1 and the terminal of the external line 10 communicate with each other through the video network, and it is desired at the terminal 1 to make reference to the contents, the file 7 is supplemented and its contents can be indicated to the terminal 10 as necessary.
