PURPOSE:To reduce the generation of a bit disturbance, and also to decrease the number of oscillators by bringing a reference carrier wave signal for demodulating a phase, to integer multiples, using it as a fixed local oscillating signal, and setting the fixed local oscillating signal, etc. to a relation of integer multiples with respect to the reference carrier wave signal. CONSTITUTION:In a PSK receiving circuit 40, a reference carrier wave signal of a carrier regenerating circuit of a PSK demodulating circuit 13 is multiplied by a multiplier 41, and applied as a fixed local oscillating signal to the second mixer 5. In this way, the fixed local oscillating signal is in a relation of integer multiples with respect to the second intermediate frequency and the reference carrier wave signal, and also, the first intermediate frequency having a difference by the second intermediate frequency against this fixed local oscillating signal is also in a relation of integer multiple with respect to the second intermediate frequency, and the generation of a bit disturbance is reduced. |
