PURPOSE:To enable the safe and efficient removal of burnacles and others adhering to a wharf, etc. by providing a high pressure water jet nozzle on the descaling box of a carriage, as connectable to a high pressure water generating device thereon. CONSTITUTION:A travelling carriage 2 is moved to a suitable position near a wharf and a descaling box is positioned at the predetermined place of a steel sheet pile wall 1 by extending or retracting a boom cylinder 6, an arm cylinder 8 and a slide cylinder 10. And the posture of the said box 11 is controlled and set by an adjusting cylinder 12. Then, high pressure water is jetted, while a high pressure water jet nozzle 14 connected to a high pressure water generating device 4 being shifted, thereby removing rust and burnacles adhering to the steel sheet pile wall 1.
