PURPOSE:To decrease the number of circuit elements by providing the first transistor of the first conductive type, and the second and the third transistors of the second conductive type, and using the transistors in common in two directions. CONSTITUTION:A titled circuit is provided with the first transistor TR35 of the first conductive type having one or more collectors, the second and the third TRs33, 34 of the second conductive type, and the first and the second resistances 31, 32. In this state, the collectors of the TRs 33, 34 and the base of the TR35 are connected, and the fist main terminal T1 is formed by connecting the emitter of the TR35, the emitter of the TR33, and one end of the resistance 31, and the second main terminal T2 is formed by the first collector of the TR35, the emitter of the TR34, and one end of the resistance 32. Also, the first gate terminal T4 is formed by connecting the base of the TR33 and the other end of the resistance 31, and the second gate terminal T3 is formed by connecting the base of the TR34 and the other end of the resistance 32.
