PURPOSE:To change or add a timing sequence flexibly without changing hardware by effectively combining a timing control device with a timing control computer for executing logical decision. CONSTITUTION:A timing control system 2 receives timing sequence data from a host controlling computer 1, executes the logical decision of the sequence by a timing signal based upon an equipment status signal of an equipment control device 5 on the basis of the sequence and sends a timing command to the device 5 on the basis of the decided result. On the other hand, the start command, end report, control abnormality, controlled result, etc. of a timing control system are actuated on the basis of commands from the computer 1. When the timing sequence is controlled on the basis of the timing control table specified by the computer 1, the flexible timing sequence can be attained by changing the timing sequence data without the change of the hardware. |
