PURPOSE:To provide a light-weight reed valve with relatively low rigidity by preparing the reed from fiber reinforced resin and shaping it in a plate of a weight-saved form. CONSTITUTION:A rectangular reed 1 consists of a thick part 2, three thin parts 3 which are shaped in the specific shape and three fixing openings 4. The reed 1 is shaped by heating thin plates A and B which have three windows whose shape is similar to that of the thin parts 3 and three openings which correspond to the openings 4, or by joining them with a certain adhesive. |
