The invention relates to a non-alcoholic, long-shelf-life beverage with honey, and to the method for preparing it. This beverage may contain less than 20% of honey, stabilised, preferably, by pasteurisation, dissolved in a flavoured solvent, before possible gasification. Main application: energy-giving beverages for sports, syrups (cordials). |
