PURPOSE:To prevent sticking of fluorescent material to the glass when curving into a circle by mixing fluorescent material having small grain size into that having large grain size and forming a fluorescent film onto the innerface of bulb made of soda lime glass. CONSTITUTION:Fluorescent material having average grain size of about 7mu composed of antimony.manganese co-activated calcium haro-phospate is mixed with 10-50wt% of fluorescent material having same composition and average grain size lower than 80% of former one then applied onto the innerface of a bulb made of soda lime glass to form a fluorescent film 2. While similar fluorescent film is formed through an alumina protection film 5 onto the innerface of bulb, then it is curved into a circle to produce a fluorescent lamp 1. Consequently, sticking of fluorescent material to the glass due to high temperature under curving of soda lime glass is eliminated to prevent droppage of the light output.
