PURPOSE:To enable to make materials, whose deliveries are most suitable for a plurality of molds which are different in capacity from each other, injectable, by providing a number of revolution control circuit which can set up the number of revolutions according to volume of the molds from which mixing heads each inject. CONSTITUTION:Mixing heads 7, 8, 9 are connected by pipe lines respectively with circulation pipes 3, 4 in parallel with each other, a first liquid from a first circulation pipe line 3 and second liquid from a second circulation pipe line 4 are mixed up with each other based on release of pouring valves 7a, 8a, 9a and injected within the molds each through the heads. Selective valves 13, 14, 15 are mounted on the mixing heads each and they are controlled at the time of injection so that only the selective valves of the mixing heads performing the injection are released, the other two selective valves are closed, a high directional control valve 16 is closed by an electromagnetic solenoid and the high pressure first and second liquids are applied to the mixing heads each. Motors 19, 20 are controlled by number of revolutions control circuits 17, 18 so that materials corresponding to quantities of injections are discharged by a first and second metering pumps 5, 6 according to volumes of molds 10, 11, 12 each. |
