It consists in: - providing a water supply circuit 8 for the water heater 7 independent of the heating circuit; - supplying the said water heater 7 with electricity from the electric heater circuit 4 which the central heating circuit comprises; - automatically stopping the said heater 4 when the electrical power of the water heater 7 is on (and vice versa). <IMAGE>
