This apparatus comprises a casing 1 enclosing a vacuum electropump, and in which an opening 6 communicates with the electropump, a push-button 10 which controls the electropump, a bag 13 made from plastic whose opening may be closed by rolling up around a split rod which is rotated in a tube 38, a non-return valve 16 which is fastened with a leaktight joint around a hole formed in the bag, a liquid trap 27 and a conduit 30 by means of which the electropump is connected to the trap 27 and, from there, to the valve 16 in order to establish a vacuum in the bag 13. <IMAGE>
