The present invention relates to swimming flippers which fold up by rolling on themselves after a very simple dismantling operation. The actual surface of the fin 1 of these flippers is a surface made from boat sail fabric, comprising sleeves 2, 3, 4 in which the transverse laths are located, whilst the stiffeners 8, 9 which provide the longitudinal rigidity are permanently in their sleeves 10, 11. The whole is connected to the user by "Velcro"-brand strips 12. The invention is intended particularly for the field of sailboarding (rescue, safety element). <IMAGE>
