PURPOSE:To effect strong soot removing without a dead angle with an inexpensive running cost by a method wherein a stand frame, which is displaced at two-dimensional way along a heat-exchanger, is provided and nozzles provided on the position having the two-dimensional intervals are supported by the stand frame through dividing pipe. CONSTITUTION:Each soot blower device is provided with nozzles 4 injecting a high pressure fluid toward the heat-exchanger at immediately upper thereof. These nozzles 4 are arranged on proper intervals at the two-dimensional way along the end surface of the heat-exchanger and supported by the stand frame 6 through the dividing pipe 5 forming with H-shape. The stand frame 6 is supported so as to be able to displace at the two-dimensional way along the end surface of the heat-exchanger through the displacement guiding frame 7. The stand frame 6 and the nozzles 4 are displaced and moved freely along an X-Z level by a driving device 8 whereby the dead angle of the nozzles 4 which cause for the heat-exchanger, is covered sequentially. The amount of moving of the stand frame 6, the dividing pipe 5 and the nozzles 4 is small, therefore, the saving of energy and the inexpensive running cost may be obtained.
