PURPOSE:To prevent lifting phenomenon and over-heating of wire netting or the like in combustion ranging from strong combustion to weak combustion by a method wherein the wire netting is fixed closely with a metallic plate on the outer peripheral surface of a burner head having a plurality of flame holes. CONSTITUTION:The wire netting 3 fitted closely to the outer peripheral surface of a burner 1 is fastened with a metallic plate 4 at the intermediate part between upper stage flame holes 2a and lower stage flame holes 2b, further, it is welded at a plurality of points by spot welding. The wire netting 3 is rounded closely on the outer peripheral surface of the flame holes 2, therefore, the stable supporting flame B is formed on the circumference of the flame A upon the strong combustion, the flame A is distant from the wire netting so as not to cause the lifting whereby the wire netting 3 hardly being heated to redness. The injection velocity of premixing gas becomes low upon the weak combustion while the lifting phenomena of the flame A and the supporting flame B are not caused and the heat of the wire netting surface 3 transfers easily to the burner head 1, therefore, the temperature of the wire netting does not ascend extremely. The wire netting 3 is fixed to the burner head with the metallic plate 4 mechanically, therefore, the durability of the device may be improved remarkably without the deformation and the damage of the wire netting 3.
