PURPOSE:To provide a device contributing momentarily to the furnace in side reaction as a controller of furnace conditions by installing a blowing lance composed of multiple pipes in such a way that pulverized coal powder from some pipes and oxygen from the other pipes are ejected in order to make complete combustion of coal in a blow pipe. CONSTITUTION:The blowing lance 5 is a double pipes composed of a inner pipe 5a and a outer pipe 5b coaxially. The inner pipe 5a and outer pipe 5b are connected to a oxygen supply pipe and a coal supply pipe via cutoff valves, respectively. Thus, from the tip openings of 5a and 5b, oxygen and coal powder are ejected into a blow pipe 4, respectively. In hot wind of high temp. coal powder ejected from the outer pipe increases temp. of the blow pipe 4 inside after reacting with oxygen momentarily and flows into the furnace as CO- gas and contributes to furnace inside reaction.
