Raw materials are mixed in a mixing tank and homogenized and sterilized two times at 65≦̸C, 85≦̸C. Cooled raw materials are prematured in the tank about 12 - 24 hours at 0 - 4≦̸C and then maintained at 15≦̸C - 20≦̸C in the mold. Choco solution for spray is maintained at 30 - 35≦̸C higher than that of choco oil melting point. This prints the letters or picture on the ice cake. This method maintains the letters or picture and the ice cake together. It also prevents the choco from comming off the ice cake.
