<p>PURPOSE:To produce heat exchanger blades efficiently by punching cutouts having a specified dimension at both side edges and the center of a web, making alternate cut lines from a center cutout to a side edge cutout, folding the web at the cut line zigzag, and bending and welding projecting edges. CONSTITUTION:The cutouts of a constant width P1 leaving a specified width L which have a depth P2 at both edges and the cutouts of a constant width P1 having a depth 2P2 at the center of the web 12 are punched. The alternate cut line S from the center cutout 15 to the side edge cutouts 13a and 14a are made. The web 12 is folded at the center cutout 15 into a U-shaped bend and projecting edges 13b and 14b are bended and butt-welded. Then, a web surface having no cut line S is folded in a U-shaped bend and projecting edges 16B and 16F are bended and butt-welded alternately. Heat exchanger blades whose fluid passes are set in the alternate orthogonal direction one to another are formed with a greater yield and a less welding than those in traditional fablication, respectively. A design matched to a flow rate is carried out by some combination of P1, P2, and L.</p> |
