PURPOSE:To prevent generation of voltage drop in electric source as well as periodical variability in inboard temperature by a method wherein the frequency of electric power, outputted from an A.C. generator, is changed in accordance with cooling or heating load to drive a fluid transporting machine with a rotating number in accordance with the frequency. CONSTITUTION:A frequency converter 5 is controlled by a detecting signal based on the inboard cooling or heating condition and the frequency of electric power, outputted from the A.C. generator 3, is increased when the cooling or heating load is increased or decreased when the same is decreased to supply it to a motor 6 and drive the fluid transporting machine 7 with a rotating number in accordance with the cooling or heating load. The amount of fluid, transported and ventilated, is regulated in accordance with the cooling or heating condition, therefore, voltage drop due to the starting current of the motor is not generated in the inboard electric source and the operations of various equipments, which receive electric power from the inboard electric source, will never be affected badly. On the other hand, the inboard temperature is controlled continuously, therefore, the periodical variability in the inboard temperature will never be generated and comfortable cooling and heating may be effected.
