<p>PURPOSE:To provide an ink capable of keeping the dispersibility of the dye in the ink for a long period because of excellent storage stability of the ink, and suitable for ink-jet recording, etc., by carrying out the pH-adjustment simultaneously to the mixing of the ink components. CONSTITUTION:For example, the ink components such as ink solvent 2, dye solution 4, etc. are supplied at prescribed ratios to an ink mixing tank 1, and the ink 10 is stirred with a stirring means 11 under heating with a heater 17, and simultaneous to the above operation, a pH-adjustment valve is controlled according to the signal transmitted from a pH-sensor 12 to supply a pH- controlling agent 7 to the ink mixing tank 1 to effect the mixing of the ink components and the pH-control of the ink at the same time. The pH of the ink is controlled preferably to 7.5-9.</p> |
