PURPOSE:To cope quickly with a disaster by connecting an emergency alarm device in parallel to a trunk line to break the connection between a telephone and the trunk line when the disaster occurs and sending a message corresponding to the data on the disaster to the remote side via the trunk line. CONSTITUTION:When data given from a sensor is supplied to a data input part 6 in a busy m1de after a telephone set 1 is connected to a trunk line 8, a network control part 3 is also connected to the line 8 and a message requesting the open of the line 8 is sent to the line 8. Then a calling subscriber breaks the connection between the telephone set 1 and the line 8 after the talking is over. The dial number of a receiver read out of a memory part 7 is dialed automatically from a network control part 3 to call the remote side. If the remote side sends back an answer, a message of a disaster corresponding to the input data is sent. Then the line 8 is opened to complete all procedures of an emergency call system.
