The invention relates to an optical arrangement for information teletransmission in a mirror reflex camera, and facilitates the display of operating states at relatively large distances. The aim of the invention is to keep the outlay on information teletransmission as low as possible through the use of an optical arrangement via which the information display can be perceived by the user or by devices at a distance from the camera which depends on the focal length of the lens. The object is achieved when the information to be displayed is generated inside the camera body, transmitted via the picture-taking beam path against the direction of incidence of the light by the taking lens, and becomes active in the object space.
